What PFaye collects

PFaye may collect the name, email address, state, course focus, account information, support requests, paperwork details you choose to provide, and records needed to verify enrollment and deliver member access.

How PFaye uses it

Information is used only to manage enrollment, verify payment, provide account and class access, deliver paperwork assistance, respond to requested support, protect the website, maintain records, and follow applicable law.

No sale or rental

PFaye does not sell or rent member personal information. Information is not provided to unrelated businesses for their own advertising.

Limited service providers

Necessary providers may process limited information to operate the service. These may include Stripe for payment processing, Calendly for consultations, Vercel for website hosting, and storage or email providers used for class delivery and support. Their own privacy notices apply when you use their services.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information PFaye controls, subject to identity verification and records PFaye must retain for security, transactions, disputes, or legal compliance. You may also ask how your information is being used.
